The NBA Playoffs are nearly upon us, so it is time to make some predictions. In this article, I will talk about the teams most likely to win the Western Conference Finals and make the NBA Finals. Plenty of impressive Western Conference teams will be playing past the regular season, but only one can make the Finals.
